John Le Boeuf
John Le Boeuf is the Founder and CEO of Inova Solutions. John’s successful business ventures have made him one of the foremost experts on international business development in various industries including healthcare and insurance. As founder and CEO of Inova Solutions and its subsidiary companies, John has spearheaded the company’s expansion across 14 countries on 3 continents.
With more than 25 years of senior management experience, John has worked with market-leading companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Mutual of Omaha Companies, and Cigna Health Care. He has also been a featured lector for Master’s Degree programs in International Managed Care at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy and International Business at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. Team, passion and challenge are what drive John today. His philosophies are simple: ‘Good people achieve a lot more together, build a solid company reputation, and go a lot further.’

Gordon Jardin
Gordon Jardin is the Global Head of Analytics for Inova Solutions. Gordon has had two decades of senior executive experience, including as CEO and COO in business development in the financial industries, working with healthcare and other types of insurance companies.
Gordon is a Fellow and past Board Member of the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He has been Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of reinsurance companies ‐ Generali USA, Partner Re Life/Winterthur Life Re and Sun Life of Canada and, more recently, the CEO of residential mortgage acquisition and servicing company, Franklin Credit Management Corporation.

Maggie Calimlim-Oglimen
Maggie Calimlim-Oglimen is Inova’s Vice President for Global Shared Services People Operations Business Partner. She carried on the reinvention of the organization's culture by championing strategic alignment of management expectations and adherence to business standards that are integral to corporate goals, while capitalizing on Inova's bench strength and human talents to ensure that the business objectives - in terms of growth, operational performance, and profitability - are exceeded if not met.
Maggie's strategic leadership and commitment to lifelong learning, supplemented with her proven track record of success in instituting operational efficiencies to deliver results, in addition to her capacity to conceptualize and analyze problems and find solutions in an assertive, purposeful, and creative manner, along with her "strong eye" to details, will therefore develop a culture of cultivating high performing, and engaged, global workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Frank Mirando
Frank Mirando is Inova's Chief Operating Offiicer with 13 years of unique hands-on experience within the healthcare experience industry.
Prior to joining Inova, he has been holding several executive level positions within different business areas which has further given him a fresh new perspective and expertise in reaching targeted corporate goals and business objectives.

Kyung Kim
Kyung Kim is Inova Care’s Regional Head for East Asia and also serves as Country Manager for Cynergy Corporation in Korea where he is primarily responsible for running the company’s daily operations and client management.
Kyung is well versed with the healthcare management industry and has worked for global companies such as AIG Life and Life Insurance Company of North America. Kyung completed his graduate studies with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration at Yonsei University. He has actively participated in developing government programs by serving as an advisor for the Medical Business Division of the Free Economic Zone with the Ministry of Finance and Economics (Korea). Kyung has also worked as a consultant for the Health Care Division of the Korean Institute for Health and Social Affairs and was part of the advisory board of the Hospital Management Division at KIRAMS (Korea Institute of Radiological & Medical Sciences, an organization affiliated with the Korean Ministry of Science and Technology).

Aya Medina
Aya Medina is Inova Care’s Corporate Finance and Accounting Manager. Aya is responsible for overseeing the overall financial and accounting operations of Inova Care in Asia and the US and works closely with the Management Team to develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s short- and long-term financial objectives. Throughout her 9 years with Inova Care, she streamlined the accounting workflows and led the implementation of digitalized financial systems to efficiently manage the finance and accounting functions and maximize company resources.
Prior to joining Inova Care, Aya worked with Security Bank Corporation’s Quality Assurance and e-Banking Department. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Finance at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Dr. Arthur Orlick
Dr. Orlick is Board Certified in Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
He has 40 years of experience in healthcare as a Director and Chief Medical Officer

Angelique Dagun
Angelique Dagun is the Head of Regional Operations for Inova Care Asia. She oversees all elements of the regional operations, including claims administration, customer support, provider relations and recruitment, utilization management, and employee productivity. Throughout her 9 years with Inova Care, she has been a multi-faceted leader in Claims operations by delivering operational analysis through periodic reports, leveraging new technologies to enhance the company's workflow, accuracy, seamless delivery, and efficiency, while managing key panel provider relationships to maintain strong partnerships with Inova Care across Asia.
She has proven to be consistent and reliable, especially when it is imperative to provide necessary support during contingency planning situations. Among her other responsibilities, she has also directed the Covid-19 project initiatives in 2020, facilitating the project's timely completion, in addition to pioneering efforts in establishing supplemental shared services business units.

Ratna Susanna
Ratna Susanna is Inova's Vice President for Regional Business Development for Southeast Asia, a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with over 20 years of specialized experience in the Indonesian market. With a proven track record of success, Ratna brings a wealth of expertise and skills to the local insurance landscape.
Having established strong connections and built an extensive network of relationships with both banks and non-bank partners, Ratna possesses a unique advantage in forging strategic partnerships and expanding business opportunities. Their in-depth knowledge of insurance products and regulations further enhances their ability to navigate the complex landscape of the industry. Driven by a customer-centric approach, she consistently delivers exceptional results, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. Their outgoing personality, combined with outstanding interpersonal and leadership management skills, enables them to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and driving collaborative efforts towards shared objectives. She is a highly capable and dynamic professional, ready to leverage their expertise to drive business development and growth in the Southeast Asia region.
